PAS 138th Annual Meeting

Marc Becker, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, will present the Annual Report, reviewing the congregation’s activities during the past year and going over our plans for the future. We will also elect new trustees and advisory council members, recognize board members who have completed their terms of office, and conduct such other business as may be presented at the meeting.

Please download and sign this proxy form as soon as possible to ensure that a quorum is obtained to hold the meeting. Signed and scanned Proxies in .pdf format can be sent to cdemarest@pasyn.org or mailed to the synagogue, 50 East 87th Street, NYC, NY 10128, addressed to Craig Demarest.

If you execute the proxy without indicating how you wish your vote to be cast, the proxy holder is empowered to vote your membership interest at his or her discretion. The Board of Trustees recommends voting in favor of the slate of candidates for Officers, Trustees, and Advisory Council members as presented, as well as in favor of the extension of Rabbi Cosgrove’s term.

Any proxy furnished prior to the meeting can be revoked by you up to the time of the vote.
