Trip Overview
When is the trip?
The trip will begin in Jerusalem on Sunday, November 10 and conclude in Jerusalem on Thursday night November 14.

Adult members of Park Avenue Synagogue
If I attended the December 2023 or February 2024 Solidarity Mission with PAS, may I go on this trip as well?
Yes, people who have attended an Israel trip with PAS in the past year are welcome to join us.
Which members of the clergy are attending?
Rabbi Koffman and Rabbi Zuckerman will lead the trip.
Who are the trip chairs?
The chairs on this trip will be Darcy Dalton, Rachael First, and Stephanie Pottruck Goldman.
Registration Information

How do I register for the trip?
Registration will open July 1. It will be first come, first served. You also will need to agree to PAS’ Terms of Travel, which will be sent to you after registration.
Is a deposit required upon registration?
There is a non-refundable $500 deposit due upon registration, and full non-refundable pamyment due by October 9.
If you have not paid the deposit, your registration is not finalized.
How much does the trip cost?
It is $4,075 for a double-occupancy hotel room. For single rooms, there will be a supplemental cost of $905. Air fare and travel insurance are not included.
What is the cancelation policy?
There will be no refunds.
Should I buy travel insurance?
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and a cancel-for-any-reason policy.
Are need-based scholarships available?
Limited need-based scholarships may be available. Please email Valerie Russo or call 212-369-2600 x106 before registering to be considered for a need-based scholarship. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable whether you receive requested aid or not.
Logistics
Who is our travel partner?
We are partnering with J² Adventures.
Will we be flying together? We will not be flying as a group. However, EL AL is the only airline that is reliably flying to Israel at this time, and we strongly recommend that you plan to fly with it. The program will begin with dinner on Sunday, November 10th, at The Orient hotel in Jerusalem.
What do I need to know about passports?
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the final day of the trip to ensure smooth and easy travel.
May we arrive early?
Yes, as long as you meet the group in Jerusalem on November 10. If you want help with hotel accommodations before or after the trip, you may contact J² customer care at (888) 230-6008 Mon.-Thur. from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern time.
A Note About Security
We will be escorted by an armed security guard. The hotel has security and a shelter/safe space.
