Collection of Information

Distribution of Information

You may change your account information or close your account and/or terminate your membership at any time. If you close your account and/or terminate your membership or request that we delete your account and/or terminate your membership, you might lose access to content you have purchased or signed up for. When you close your account, we might preserve your account information to (1) let you know about new programs or services that may be of interest to you; (2) restore your account if you should ever wish to have it restored; and (3) where we believe in good faith that preservation is necessary to enforce our rights.

We currently do not sell personal information and have no intention of doing so in the future.

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain "covered information" collected by operators of websites or online services. We currently do not sell covered information (or any other personal information), as "sale" is defined by such law, and we don’t have plans to sell this information in the future.
The service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If you are a parent or legal guardian who has discovered that your child has provided personal information through the service without your consent, please contact us so that we can remove any unauthorized information.
Commitment to Data Security
We use reasonable security efforts to keep the personal information in our possession secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors (who have agreed to take reasonable steps to keep information secure and confidential) are provided access by us to this information. However, no method of transmission or storage of data is 100 percent secure, and we will not be responsible for any damage that results from a security breach of data or the unauthorized access to or use of information, whether personal information or device identifiable information.
