Leadership Opportunities
Tzedek Fellowship
· Are you currently running your own service project?
· Are you interested in expanding your own service project?
· Do you have an idea for a service project that you want to launch?
· If you answered yes to any of these questions, this initiative is for you!
As a Tzedek fellow, you will create or expand a service project, supported weekly by an individual mentor and monthly in cohort learning sessions.
Tzedek fellows will develop real-world entrepreneurship and leadership skills, such as fundraising and grant-writing, budgeting, outreach, and public speaking.
Seed funding and consultation will be made available to grow projects and/or launch new projects.
Tzedek fellows will attend seminars on the following Sundays led by experts in the field.

PASTA (Park Avenue Synagogue Teacher Assistants)
Love working with kids? Gain hands-on leadership experience in a nurturing Jewish environment as a madrich/a (assistant teacher) in our Congregational School. Each madrich/a will be matched with a mentor teacher and will partner with them to help our youngest PAS learners. There are flexible time slots to accommodate busy schedules. As part of PASTA, you will participate in leadership training sessions on a variety of topics.
Teen Boards
Teens have the opportunity to be on the Food Pantry Board and the Teen Executive Board. We will begin the application process in the spring. Please email Ariel at aglueck@pasyn.org if you're interested.
