November 2026 General Election Get Out the Vote in NYC

Voter registration applications must be received – either online or by mail – by October 24. 

Any registered voter may apply for an early mail ballot. 

Voters are not permitted to cast a ballot on a voting machine if they were issued an early mail or absentee ballot. However, they can still vote in person using an affidavit ballot.

The last day to apply in person at your county board of elections is November 2. 

Polls are open from 6:00 am–9:00 pm.
