Explore our Jewish tradition of transforming broken pieces into something bold and new in a learning session with BINA, an Israeli organization that works to advance democracy, pluralism and justice in Israel and the Jewish world. We will explore our sacred texts, timeless traditions, and contemporary experiences to discover the wellsprings of personal and communal resilience.

Ayala Deckel is the head of BINA’s Secular Yeshiva, a dynamic leader, rabbi, and award-winning and bestselling author for children and adults. Since October 7th, Ayala has been a powerful presence in Tel Aviv’s Hostage Square, leading Kabbalat Shabbat gatherings and offering spiritual support to the families of hostages.

Marcie Yoselevsky is an educator and the External Relations Manager at BINA. With a background that spans small communities and large cities in the US and Israel, Marcie is passionate about creating opportunities for new experiences and fostering dynamic, transformative conversations.
