A favorite word in any service is “Amen,” usually sung in response to a prayer. The word brings us together, makes us hear each other, and provides shared hope. In 1995, the universal message of this song made an impact on the Eurovision Song Contest, representing the state of Israel. May we have a peaceful Shabbat, and let us say, “Amen.”
