Saying Kaddish during the mourning period is a meaningful way to honor the memory of a loved one. We invite our members to come to our Shabbat and daily minyan services to say Mourner’s Kaddish in person. To reach a Nechama committee member, who can join you for Kaddish, please email [email protected]. 

• Kabbalat Shabbat and Shabbat morning services provide an opportunity to say Kaddish.
• Minyan service times can be found here.

Observing the Yahrzeit of a loved one (the Hebrew calendar anniversary of their passing) is a meaningful and important tradition in Judaism and a beautiful way to honor their memory. There are several ways you can do so:

If you want to host a private reception, contact our Event Manager.

Nechama committee volunteers are fellow PAS members who can provide bereavement support for members including, helping familiarize with mourning rituals, meet a mourner who is saying Kaddish at minyan and meet a mourner at Kabbalat Shabbat or Shabbat morning services
