This 10-week psychoeducational group is for those who are caregivers for a family member who is experiencing mild cognitive impairment or various types of dementia, including Alzheimer's, Lewy body, vascular, frontotemporal, or mixed dementias. Each session focuses on providing foundational knowledge about disease progression, adapting to changing relationships, coping with grief and loss, engaging a broader support system, grappling with legal and financial considerations, and the role of spirituality.

A caregiver or care partner is anyone who tends to the emotional, physical, financial, or other needs of a person with dementia or memory loss.
