This new 10-week psychoeducational group is for adults caregiving for a parent who has mild cognitive impairment or various types of dementia, including Alzheimer's, Lewy body, vascular, frontotemporal, or mixed dementias. Each session focuses on providing foundational knowledge about disease progression, adapting to changing relationships, coping with grief and loss, engaging a broader support system, grappling with legal and financial considerations, and the role of spirituality.

PAS Social Worker Suzanne Redlich, LCSW, and CaringKind Social Worker Shira Felberbaum Kedem, LMSW, MS, will co-lead the series. Groups are limited to 12 participants; each session will be 1.5 hours.  We may meet in-person at PAS or on Zoom. If you are interested, please complete the form.  

A caregiver or care partner is defined as anyone who tends to the emotional, physical, financial, or other needs of a person with dementia or memory loss.
