Jewish on Campus, a grassroots movement powered by students, seeks to strengthen Jewish identity and combat hate to secure the future of the Jewish people. Co-Founder and CEO Julia Jassey, will discuss the nonprofit’s work, including educating through social media and campus resources, student programming and organizing, and political advocacy, and will share how students can find resources and take action on their campuses.
Julia Jassey is the co-founder and CEO of Jewish on Campus. Her work has been recognized in the Jewish community as well as in major news outlets. As an advocate for students, she served as a contributor to The U.S. National Strategy to Combat Antisemitism and received an award at the Anti-Defamation League’s Concert Against Hate for her leadership in the Jewish community. She graduated from The University of Chicago in 2023, where she studied political science and Jewish studies.
