The Tel Dan Stele is one of the most important biblical archaeological finds in history. This 9th-century stone slab contains the first historical evidence of King David outside of the Bible. Housed at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, the Tel Dan Stele is on view for a short time at the Jewish Museum. Our guided tour will include a viewing and explanation of this important artifact, as well as a tour of the Mere Things show, the first U.S. solo exhibition for Israeli contemporary artist Ilit Azoulay.
This event is in partnership with PAS Arts Engagement. Open to PAS members. Space is limited.
