Through community service, social justice, and other volunteerism, Tikkun Olam at PAS seeks to help our community in NYC, our country, Israel, and other places where there is need for our support. Our initiatives to “repair the world” include ongoing regular projects, seasonal work  based on a theme, and projects to support a need or event.

Monthly Mitzvah Challenge Go Green and Make an Environmental Impact

Get out and enjoy the warm spring weather by participating in the PAS Tikkun Olam Committee's monthly mitzvah challenge. This month, learn to be a good steward of the Earth by doing small actions that leave a big impact.

When we contemplate the physical creation as a whole, we see that it is all as one organism... We see this in every plant, every living being.
Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak HaKohen Kook, Orot Hakodesh II:431

Please let us know how you are completing the monthly mitzvah challenge by emailing [email protected].
