Transitioning our Member Portal in Early March

Just as our new and reimagined physical spaces will house the congregation into the next generation, the PAS administration has been working to consolidate our membership information and financial records into a single integrated database system designed to meet our record keeping needs for years into the future.

New Features

For you, our congregants, the most significant feature of the new database is a refreshed member portal where you will be able to manage all the details of your synagogue membership: 
• Review/update your contact information
• Review/add your Hebrew name
• View the events (past and future) that your household has registered for

Once your information is in the system, you will not have to re-enter it. When you sign-up for new events, the system will fill in the routine information of the registration form, including securely stored payment methods.

We will begin using our new system, including the refreshed member portal, in early March.

Getting Started

Once the new database is live, member households for whom we have a valid email address will receive login information. To setup your portal login, click the link provided in that email to be taken to a page where you can choose your password.

Finally, please remember that with any move, be it physical or virtual, there may be minor glitches. We thank you in advance for your patience as we prepare to use our database for the next generation, and look forward to welcoming you to our refreshed member portal next month!
