In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month and in partnership with National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), two trained volunteers will share their personal journeys with mental health and what helps them stay well and humanize this often-misunderstood topic by demonstrating that it’s possible — and common — to live healthy, fulfilling lives despite having a mental illness.
