The Haggadah is an ancient text, originating in the second century C.E. We’ll look at more contemporary Haggadot such as those composed during WWII, during the 1948 Independence War, and from kibbutzim that helped found Israel in the 1940s and 1950s, and how the text was revised to make it more meaningful to modern life.
